Ingredients
- 2 lbs. catfish filets
- 1 cup chopped onion
- ½ cup green pepper, chopped
- 1 lemon
- 2 diced tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- Salt & pepper
- Cooked white ice (optional)
Directions
- Heat olive oil in large pan, add onion, green peppers and cook until soft
- Add diced tomatoes, lemon juice, paprika, salt and pepper until sauce is formed.
- After 10 minutes, press catfish filets down into sauce, and with a spoon cover fish with some of the sauce around it.
- Cover pan and let simmer for 15-20 minutes
- Serve, spoon sauce over served fish and add side of white rice
