Ingredients
- 4 chicken breasts
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ cup organic chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- Fresh rosemary and thyme
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides, and set aside
- In large pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown.
- Once cooked, transfer to plate.
- In same pan, melt butter and mix in garlic.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer.
- Add remaining herbs to mix.
- Return chicken to pan and cook for 15 more minutes on low heat, spooning sauce over top.
