Garlic & Herbs Chicken

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ cup organic chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Fresh rosemary and thyme

Directions

  • Season chicken with salt and pepper on both sides, and set aside
  • In large pan, heat olive oil and cook chicken until golden brown.
  • Once cooked, transfer to plate.
  • In same pan, melt butter and mix in garlic.
  • Pour in chicken broth and simmer.
  • Add remaining herbs to mix.
  • Return chicken to pan and cook for 15 more minutes on low heat, spooning sauce over top.
