Ingredients
- 1 lbs. top sirloin steak, thinly sliced
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 large green peppers
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional- cooked white rice
Directions
- In large bowl, combine flour, salt and pepper. Add beef slices and toss gently to coat.
- In Dutch oven, heat oil over medium heat. Cook beef until brown, add onion and stir until tender.
- Add garlic, tomatoes and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let simmer, covered.
- Stir in green peppers (thinly sliced), broth and let simmer until peppers are tender.
- Serve with side of white rice.
